Our philosophy on Brand Strength comes from years of recruiting work. It is not our place to judge whether a school or teacher is GOOD or BAD. Every job seeker and employer has different ideas of what good and bad mean for them. Brand Strength is a way to measure if the school or teacher is being TRANSPARENT about who they are. We believe there is a correlation between transparency and reputability.
We will continue to scrutinize our Brand Strength algorithm to make it more accurately reflect reputation. Please see the Brand Strength details for members and schools below. If you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
A School’s Brand Strength
Recruiting is competitive. How candidates view your organization is critical. Do they trust you? Are they excited to apply to your jobs?
On TAN, each school has a Brand Strength to help you build your recruitment brand amongst our worldwide pool of qualified candidates. We reward schools with high Brand Strengths by matching their jobs to jobseekers before schools with low Brand Strengths. This leads to more qualified applicants.
We calculate Brand Strength with five categories:
1. Page Completeness
2. Content
3. Members and Reviews
4. Job Activity
5. Responsiveness.

Teachers Have Brand Strength, too!
We rank teachers by considering their:
1. Basic Recruiting Information
2. Confidential Referrals
3. Resume / CV
4. Introduction Video
5. Visa Documents.
6. Content (blogs / videos)
